- Tenders are invited for Supply Outbound Transportation Service. invitation to tender (hereinafter referred to as "Invitation to tender") must be treated as strictly confidential. The content of this document should not be used for purposes other than the response to this Invitation to Tender; it must only be disclosed to third parties with the prior written consent of SG WEBER MANUFACTURING PLC (ETHIOPIA) subject to a written confidentiality agreement from the third party recipient. SG WEBER MANUFACTURING PLC (ETHIOPIA) can request the return or destruction of the documents constituting the Tender at any time. If you do not agree to these terms, please return to the sender or immediately destroy any documents or files that you have received. SG WEBER MANUFACTURING PLC (ETHIOPIA) will treat all offers confidentially and will not reveal them to a third party who can identify the source of the information provided. This Invitation to tender does not constitute a contract proposal from SG WEBER MANUFACTURING PLC (ETHIOPIA) but presents itself as the definition of specific needs and an invitation to submit an offer meeting these needs. The issuance of this Invitation to tender, the preparation and submission of an offer from the company Invited (hereinafter "Invited Company") and, subsequently, the receipt and evaluation of the offers by SG WEBER MANUFACTURING PLC (ETHIOPIA) does not commit it to award a contract to one of the Invited Companies. However, by submitting an offer, the Invited Company accepts that any document referring to its offer is included in a subsequent contractual agreement with SG WEBER MANUFACTURING PLC (ETHIOPIA) which will be supplied by SG Weber Manufacturing PLC (ETHIOPIA) to the selected company. In the event that the Invited Company decides not to submit an offer, we ask the Invited Company to destroy all the computer files associated with this documentation.
