- Tenders are invited for Supply of Plastic Pipes by Establishing High-Density Polyethylene (Hdpe) and Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (Upvc) Pipes and Fittings Factory in the Akaki -Kaliti Industrial Area of Addis Ababa 1 High-density polyethylene HDPE, PE 100, black colored for the extrusion of pressure pipes for water gas and industrial applications 2 Polyviny 1 Chloride (PVC) for the extrusion of pipes 3. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from the Head Office Tana Drilling & Industries PLC, located at Akaki Sub-City Woreda 07, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM; 1:00-4:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM) Starting with 15 days effective the date this is published on the Ethiopian Herald upon presentation of a copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance certification, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Registration Certificate & Supplier Registration Certificate. 4. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand) in the form of a Cash payment order CPO or Bank Guarantee letter from local Banks or equivalent foreign currency International banks (endorsed by the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia) and must be addressed to "TANA DRILLING AND INDUSTRIES PLC" in a separate envelope. Failure to fulfill acceptable bid security will be cause for disqualification. 5. Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before 15 days after the announcement of the bid at mentioned address.
