- Tenders are invited for Supply of Project Management System A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 300 (three hundred birr). The method of payment will be Cash on site. 4. All bids shall be sealed & delivered to OSTA office at A.A, bid closing date shall be on the 15th day of the announcement of this invitation at 11:00 a.m in the morning and will be opened on the same date in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representative at the office of on the same date 11:30 a.m. If the bid opening date is holidays closing and opening of the bid will be on the next working day at the same time . Late bidders of the bid closing time will not be accepted, 5. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand) ETB for each lot in the form of a certified cheque CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from a recognized bank in Ethiopia.
