Office located at Hibret Bank Head office, 8th floor Senga Tera Area in front of Addis Ababa University Commercial College against payment of a nonrefundable payment of birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr). Bidders should submit a copy of renewed Trade license, Trade registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and other relevant documents with their bidding document. Technical Proposal should be accompanied by a bid security of birr 50,000 (Fifty Thousand birr) or equivalent freely convertible foreign currency in the form of C.P.O or a bank guarantee by reputable bank in Ethiopia.
