- Tenders are invited for Supply of Reinforcement Chemicals. Requirements for eligible bidders · Can provide a 2013 renewed business license · VAT registered · Can provide proof of taxpayer identification number Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 100.00 in the form of CPO. You can pick up from the Procurement and Supply Department at the Wollo Sefer Head Office during office hours for 15 consecutive days. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at 10:00 am local time on March 14, 2013 at 10:00 AM local time. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 5,000 (One Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
