Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply Reusable Sanitary Kits for Mhh-Dib Project This initiative was designed to address the practical challenges that women and girls face during menstruation, which is a natural phenomenon, but shrouded with shame, taboos, ignorance and secrecy. The project also intends to address problems related to affordability of products, access to water, improved latrines and weak waste management systems. As part of this effort, Pro Pride is looking for an eligible organization sensitive to gender equality and environmental protection that will supply reusable sanitary kits for MHH-DIB project throughout the two and half years of the intervention period. The supplier is expected to supply 45,000 sanitary kits (pads and pants), in three slots and within the intervention period. A Term of Reference (TOR) prepared for the supply of sanitary kits can be collected by interested and eligible bidders from Pro Pride Office. Interested and eligible bidders may also obtain further information from Pro Pride Office Tel. 0116630144, P.O. Box 13047, Addis Ababa. Bids shall be valid for a period of 15 days after bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security/bid bond, 1% of the bid amount in an acceptable form of a Bank Guarantee or sealed CPO. The bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity. The bid must be delivered to Pro Pride Head office, Addis Ababa, on or before 4:30 p.m. (local time), July 15, 2022.
