- Tenders are invited for Supply of Sanitary Material and Fixtures Bidders can purchase the tender documents by paying a non- refundable fee of Birr 100.00 ( One Hundred ) at the Project Treasurer 's office in the premises of the Janmeda Staff College ( 17-06B ) project during working hours including Saturdays for 15 consecutive days . Bidders must submit the catalog , sample and quality certificate of the items they are bidding on before the auction is opened or on the day of the auction opening , specifying the item they are bidding on in the catalog . Bidders must provide 3rd party authorization and technical documentation for the items they offer . Bidders must submit their bids in a wax -sealed envelope until February 03/2015 .
