- Tenders are invited for Supply of Scholastic Material Interested suppliers, legally registered in Ethiopia, havé valid trade licenses and meet their tax obligations may obtain, complete set of tender documents at the following OWDA Offices during office hours: This invitation is therefore is to secure competent Contractor (s) for the providing price of the purchase of scholastic material of Kelafo woreda of shabele zone and Dhekasoft Woreda, of libah zone under Somali region.
