- Tenders are invited for Supply of Sequencing Library Preparation Reagent, Sequencing Library Indexes and Next Seq500 Sequencer Models 1 Sequencing library preparation reagent for Next Seq500 model sequencer, for 96 samples, includes necessary reagents to support for the preparation of 96 libraries for DNA whole genome sequencing except for indexes, includes SPRI beads.: kit 2 2 Sequencing library indexes that can uniquely identify 96 samples, the indexes must be 10 base pairs (bp), Must be Next Seq500 sequencer model compatible,: kit 2 3 Sequencing library indexes that can uniquely identify 96 samples, the indexes must be 10 base pairs (bp) Must be Next Seq500 sequencer model compatible, must be different from set of indexes offered at Item no. 2: kit 1 4 Next Seq500 sequencer model compatible sequencing reagent, 300 cycles, up to 130 Million reads, Includes reagent cartridge, flow cell cartridge and buffer cartridge: kit 2 5 Next Seq500 sequencer model compatible sequencing reagent, 300 cycles, up to 400 Million reads, Includes reagent cartridge, flow cell cartridge and buffer cartridge: kit 4 Bid document price: Birr 100.00 Bid bond: Birr 10,000.00 Bidders should attach renewed valid Business license, VAT registration certificate, Public Procurement Agency (PPA) Registration Certificate, Tax Payer Registration certificate and Tax Clearance Certificate. Eligible bidders are required to submit Technical and Financial proposals original and copy in a separate envelope. A complete set of bid document may be purchased by any interest eligible bidder at: AHRI Finance and Procurement Director, (AHRI), ALERT Center, Jimma Road, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia against a nonrefundable fee of birr 100.00 (One hundred Birr). Any quires can be forwarded to the procuring entity from Monday to Friday at working hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Armauer Hansen Research Institute (AHRI), ALERT Center, Jimma Road, Addis Ababa. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of certified cheque or a Bank Guarantee for Lot-One amount Birr. 10,000.00 (Ten thousand Birr only) Bids must be delivered to: AHRI Procurement Unit on or before 10:00AM (4:00 Local time) morning of the 16th day to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender. Bid will be opened on the same day in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at AHRI Procurement Unit at 10:30A.M (4:30 local time) Morning. AHRI has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
