- Tenders are invited for Supply of Service Connection Concentric Cables and Accessories Bid closing date: March 16, 2023 14:00 p.m. Local Time Bid opening date: March 16, 2023 14:30 p.m. Local Time Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 4,000.00 Birr Bid bond: USD 567, 000.00 (United States Dollar Five Hundred Sixty Seven thousand only) A complete set of the Bidding documents in English may be purchased by 6. interested Bidders from the addresses above upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 4,000.00 (Four Thousand Birr only) or its equivalent of USD 80 (Eighty USD) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency starting from January 31, 2023. The method of payment will be cash payment at PPMO cashier's check or deposited to the Ethiopian Electric Utility accounts: EEUElectrification Program Foreign Currency A/C No. 0101181300064 with National Bank of Ethiopia, for foreign currencies. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security and it shall be unconditional Bank guarantee or CPO from a reputable Bank and must be counter guaranteed by any Bank operating in Ethiopia and it remains valid for a period of Twenty Eight (28) days beyond the original bid validity period that will be (120+28=148) days i.e. August 10, 2023. The amount and currency of the bid security USD 567, 000.00 (United States Dollar Five Hundred Sixty Seven thousand only) Alternatively, the amount and currency of the bid security can be equivalent in a freely convertible currency or ETB.
