- Tenders are invited for Supply of the Signage Board (Light Box) Bid document price: 300.00 ETB Bid bond: 50,000.00 ETB 2. The Bid documents shall be obtained from the Facility Management Department of Berhan Bank, Head office: located in front of Bole Bras Hospital (Bole Overpass Bridge), womsadco building 2nd floor, upon deposit of non-refundable fee Birr 300.00 /Birr Three Hundred/ at any Berhan Bank Branch during office hours (Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 AM and 1:00 PM-5:00 PM/Saturday: 8:00 AM-12:00 AM). 3. Bid must be accompanied by bid Security amount as specified in the above table in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee in favor of Berhan Bank S.C. 4. Bidders should submit separate technical and financial proposals. Technical proposal envelope should include trade license, tax registration certificates, VAT certificate, bid bond, testimonies of past experience, and other related documents. The bidders should submit both financial and technical bid proposals sealed and deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose. 5. Bid opening shall be held on after 30 minutes from the deadline for bid submission date specified in the above table at the Facility Management Department office, womsadco building 2nd floor, in the presence of bidders/representatives.
