Tenders are invited for Supply of Solar Pump and Accessory. Bids opening date: on 15 (Fifteen days) Consecutive calendar days starting from 1st announcement day Up to 10:30 am Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 1% Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours. Qualifications requirements of supply for 2013 E.C renewed trade license, Registration for Value Added Tax (VAT) and Tax Identification number (TIN). A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee birr 100 (one hundred birr only). Bids must be delivered to the address given below before on 15 (Fifteen days) Consecutive calendar days starting from 1st announcement day Up to 10:00 am at closing date. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:30 am of closing date, All bids shall be valid for a period of forty five (45) days after Bid opening must be accompanied by a Bid Security of amount not less than 1% of bid price in CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee only and in a form to be provided with the bidding document.
