- Tenders are invited for Supply of Stationary Materials IRC invites sealed bids from all eligible bidders that are qualified, technically competent and have valid license for current Ethiopian FY 2014 Stationary Materials in Jijiga, Somali region, Ethiopia. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive tender process.
