- Tenders are invited for Supply of Structural and Material Laboratory Equipment Bid document price: 400.00 (Four Hundred Birr). Bid bond: 200,000.00 ETB Bidders must submit business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment Bidders participating procurement of goods made by means of national competitive bidding have to produce manufacturers Letter of Authorization if a Public Body requires them to do so, unless they themselves are Design manufacturers supply and installer of such good. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible National bidders from Wolaita Sodo University Procurement Directorate office and Addis Ababa City Subordinate office by crediting a non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00 (Four hundred only) in Commercial Bank with Account no: 1000018182789 and should bring receipt to purchase Bid Document, Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr as specified .The bid security shall be payable on demand to the employer, and must be an irrevocable letter of credit (LC), or Bank Guarantee, or a Certified Payment Order (CPO) at the bidder's option for both lots separately. For Bidders required to submit their bid documents in Two Envelopes containing the Technical DocumentsOriginal and Copy and Financial Documents-Original and Copy proposals separately. Bid documents can be submitted by the University Procurement Directorate office in the box provide for this bid until the 21s day of the 21st day. The Floating date of Bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders at 4:00 am local time on the 21st day from the date of publication of the announcement in Addis Zemen newspaper and at presence of Manufacturer /suppliers or Authorized representative at Wolaita Sodo University Procurement Directorate office. No liability will be accepted for loss or late submission of Bid on the date..
