- Tenders are invited for Supply of Student Uniform & Student Bag Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by: Renewed business license for the year 2013 E.C., VAT/ TIN Registration Certificate, Official Authorization letter from original manufacturer (if applicable) Company profile showing past performance record on similar works and other relevant credentials Full company profile describing the type of business (manufacturer, dealer, agent, wholesaler, retailer), date of establishment, organization structure, workforce, list of branches, warehouses, offices and locations, infrastructure...etc Bid Security in the name of “Save the Children International” amounting to ETB 20,000 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid at least for 3 months from the date of tender submission. (Cash and insurance bond are not accepted) Evidence of financial eligibility in the form of recent Audit reports Evidence of past performance, experience, and capacity in terms of list of clients served, active and or past contractual agreements, letter of recommendations...etc.
