- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Civil Works Construction with Installation of Pipes and Fittings, Supply of Supply Pipes & Fittings, Supply and Installation of Electro-Mechanical Equipment for Daye Town Water Supply & Sanitation Project Bid closing date: Mar 14, 2022 11:00 AM Bid opening date: Mar 14, 2022 11:30 AM Bid document price: 500.00 (Five Hundred only) Bid bond: 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand) A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred only).The method of payment will be in cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before at 2:00 p.m.Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 14 March 2022 at 2:30 pm. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of ETB 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand) on equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO, The bid security shall be valid for 148 (one hundred forty-eight) days. The Bid Security of a Joint Venture shall be issued in the name of the Joint Venture submitting the bid provided the Joint Venture has legally been constituted, or else it shall be issued in the name of all partners proposed for the Joint Venture in the bid.
