- Tenders are invited for Supply a Turnkey Project for Gypsum Extraction and Manufacturing Plant 01 Turnkey Design Provide full design of the Plant, input requirements, and drawing layout of the Plant, beginning from the gypsum extraction process to the gypsum powder and board manufacturing processes. 02 Machinery Supply Supply of all machinery, spare parts, vehicles, safety equipment, common equipment (packaging, quality control, fire detection and prevention, water treatment plant, air compressor plant, erection equipment and tools, mechanical and electrical maintenance equipment, design, erection, commissioning, operational and commissioning manuals, energy and media systems, electrical power supply, control, and automation equipment) 03 Machinery erection, commissioning, and testing The supplier shall conduct civil works, oversee the erection of machinery, water treatment plant, quarry site, and auxiliary plant and assign a project manager. The supplier shall hand over performance test, erection, testing, and commissioning crew. 04 Employee training program The supplier shall provide a comprehensive training program that certifies employees for a fully operational gypsum extraction, and manufacturing plant.
