Tenders are invited for Supply of Various Medical Equipment Bid closing date: Oct 12, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Oct 12, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 300 Bid bond: 2% Bidders must have renewed relevant licenses and import permit issued by the Government. Interested bidders can purchase a complete set of bid documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Three hundred Birr) starting from September 25, 2022 to October 11, 2022 (until 4: 00P.M, 10:00 o'clock local time). Renewed license for the year 2014 E.C. Tax clearance certificate for most current year 2013 E.C. The bidder should have to follow the attached technical formats to be considered for the evaluation. Should attach the import permit and authorization letter if any for being dealership in Ethiopia. Deadline for the submission of both the Technical and Financial Proposals in a separately sealed envelope is on or before October 12, 2022 at 2:00 P.M (8:00 o'clock Local time). Bidders shall furnish a bid bond of 2% of the bid price including VAT in the form of CPO or certified cheque or unconditional bank guarantee payable to Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia. Technical bid documents will be opened on the same date of October 12, 2022 at 2:30 P.M (8:30 o'clock Local time) in the presence of the bidders (representatives) who might want to attend and the financial proposal will be opened by setting an appointment. Offered price should stay valid for at least 90 days. The winner supplier shall deliver the items from stock immediately. Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject part or all the bids.
