- Tenders are invited for Supply of Various NFL-Textile & Sponge Items Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by: Renewed business license for the year 2013 E.C., VAT/TIN Registration Certificate, Official Authorization letter from the original manufacturer (if applicable) Company profile showing past performance record on similar works and other relevant credentials Bid Security in the name of "Save the Children International" amounting to ETB 20,000 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee Valid least for 3 months from the date of tender submission. (Cash and insurance bonds are not accepted) Evidence of financial eligibility in the form of recent Audit reports Evidence of past performance, experience, and capacity in terms of list of clients served, active and or past contractual agreements, letter of recommendations...etc. Tenders must be submitted in four (4) sealed envelopes, bearing the bidder's official seal, and clearly marked Technical "Original & Copy" and Financial "Original & Copy" must include the bidders' name, and contact address, as well as the Tender title and Tender Reference number. Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for this purpose at Save the Children, Ethiopia Country Office on July 26, 2021 on or before 2:00 PM, Bids will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M at Save the Children Hawassa Field Office.
