- Tenders are invited for Supply of Various Office Facilities Bidders can pick up the tender documents by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 ( Three Hundred Birr ) at the cash desk of the Academy within 15 consecutive days from the date of publication of this tender notice in the New Age newspaper . Bidders must send the original and copy of their bid documents separately (separately for electronic financial and technical ) along with the necessary information , and put them in the bid box prepared for the same bid at the procurement team office of the Academy within 15 consecutive days from the date of publication of the tender notice in the New Age newspaper . The tender will be closed on the 15th at 8:30 pm and will be opened at 9:00 pm on the same day in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the office of the Academy's procurement team . If the auction opening day is a holiday or non- working day , the auction will be opened on the next working day at the same place and time . Bidders must deposit Birr 20,000.00 ( twenty thousand Birr ) with the documents they submit as a bank certified payment document , CPO in the name of the Academy .
