Tenders are invited for Supply of Vegetable Seeds Bid closing date: Mar 04, 2024 11:00 AM Bid opening date: Mar 04, 2024 2:00 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 ETB Bid bond: 50,000.00 ETB A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from ASDEPO Head Office located around Signal Yeka Sub city of (behind of CBE Balderas branch), Procurement Division upon paying of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /Two Hundred Birr/ during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) starting from 21/02/2024 upon Presentation of copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance certification, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate. The eligible bidders may submit their bids in the bidding document sent to them, in their own names only. The bids must be accompanied by a bid Bond Amount ETB 50,000 in the form of Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O). Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose before or on: March 04, 2024, 11:00 AM in the above-mentioned address. Bid opening shall be held by March 04, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the office of ASDEPO with the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who want to attend.
