- Tenders are invited for Supply of Vehicle & Motorbike Tire. World Vision-s work in Ethiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with the church, civil society and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, health, HIV and AIDS, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. All programs are implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting and building the capacity of families and communities. World Vision Ethiopia would like to invite eligible and experienced distributers/ suppliers for the supply of Vehicle and Motorbike tire. Eligible suppliers can collect RFP, Bid direction from WVE Procurement Unit through the address shown below by delivering credential renewed license during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00PM to 4:00PM), starting from February 02, 2022 to February 16, 2022. Kindly be informed that every Friday our office will be closed at 2:00PM (8:00 Local time). WVE- Gerji the way to Mebrat Hayl next to Anbessa Garage Head office, Block-1- Room # 002 Phone: +251-116-293350/ +251-116-29 4128P.O.Box-3330 Addis Ababa The bidder shall submit the original and copy of the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” for Financial proposals (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Tax Payer-s Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates). All documents (Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 12:00 PM on February 17, 2022. Please note that the submitted documents will be opened by WVE Procurement Committee and the technical evaluation result will be posted on WVE notice board and will be communicated to the bidders up on the completion of technical evaluation. The Bidder is required to submit a bid bond of 1% of the total quoted price including VAT in a separate sealed Envelope in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee with the name “World Vision Ethiopia”. World Vision Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
