Tenders are invited for Supply of Wadia Saving Passbook Printing Format Wadi-a Saving Passbook (Interest Free Banking Passbook) , Qty: 300,000 Interested and eligible bidders may collect the bidding document during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00am-12:00pm and from 1:00pm-5:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm commencing from January 17, 2022 until bid closing date at Rang Real Estate adjacent to Shoa Shoping Center 6th floor Office of Procurement Team, please kindly use passenger lift. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of nonreturnable fee of Birr 200 (Birr two hundred only) at Cooperative Bank of Oromia-s Finfine branch in cash. Bid document must be delivered to around Bole Rwanda on Rang Real estate adjacent to Shoa Shoping center or in front of Africa Insurance S.c on 6th floor, Office of Procurement Team on or before 28 January, 2022. Bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank guarantee or CPO in the name of Cooperative Bank of Oromiya which is valid for 120 days in a separate envelop attached with the technical part of the bid document. Bid bond in any other form is not acceptable Bids will be opened at the bank-s V/P, Finance and Facilities Management Office, Rang Real estate 6th floor on January 23, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Bidders may not present on bid opening ceremony due to COVID-19.
