- Tenders are invited for Supply of Water Track and Heavy Machinery for the Necessary Labor, Material & Equipment for Plant Watering A complete set of bid documents can be collected by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB 300 from Room No. 201Procurement Finance & Material Administration Directorate. Bids shall be valid for periods of 90 days after the date of bid opening date & must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% and above of the bid amount in the form of CPO or bank guarantee. The Bureau of Urban Development & Construction requires and strongly recommends that each bidder shall participate only in one bid. The bid document can be purchased in 15 cal. days beginning from the first announcement days of the advertisement in the Newspaper. The bid will be closed on the 16th date at 9:30 local time and will be opened on the same date at 10:00 local time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at Afar N.R.S Urban Development and construction bureau. If the 16th day is not a working day of the submission date will be the next working day before 9:30 local time.
