- Tenders are invited for Supply of X-Sygindima Textile S.C. properties situated at Sebeta town Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 25% The Bank may arrange a field visit for those interested in taking part in the bid. Bidders can buy the bid document at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia kera Branch by paying UN-refundable birr 100.00(One hundred) Bidders can also get visual pictures and other information about the factory at CBE's Acquired Asset Administration Office situated around "Sar Bet" on the road stretched from "Sar Bet" square to "kera" behind Salvatore Devita wood and metal works in a building known as "Woldemariam Building" at Mezzanine floor room No.24 Bidders should submit 25% of the bid amount in Certified Payment Order (CPO) prepared in the name of Commercial Bank of Ethiopia before the closure date of the bid on July 06, 2021. The Bank may advance partial financing loan for the bid winner as per the existing credit policy and procedure. None of the properties will be sold separately. The bid winner will pay 15% VAT on the sales price.
