- Tenders are invited for Technical and Financial Proposal for the Supply and Installation of Microfinance System Bid document price: Birr 100.00 The service provider is accountable for the functionality and quality of products to be delivered according to the features indicated in the TOR document. The service provider is expected to do the following activities: Must be a registered organization under legal framework Should have registered under Tax authorities for the same business (Provide a copy of the tax registration certificate and related documents) Must have minimum four years of experience in providing similar services in the field of similar kind of survey in the development project sector. (Provide a brief description of the organization including ownership details, date and place of incorporation of the firm, objectives of the firm, details of assignments undertaken, etc.) Collect and verify users and system requirements and compile the result in a specification document Supply the software system Install and configure the platform Deploy and test the software Technically leading the data migration activity Provide the necessary training to operate and manage the system Provide the system maintenance service after the system is deployed for the first six months Provide user manual for further references Please purchase the detailed TOR document with ETB 100.00
