- Tenders are invited for Terminal and Warehouse Marking in Modjo Dry Port Bid closing date: Jan 21, 2022 11:00 AM Bid opening date: Jan 21, 2022 11:30 AM Bid document price: 250 birr Bid bond: 2% Renewed and relevant trade licenses certificate in Similar Work, Renewed and relevant professional licenses registration certificate in Road marking work. VAT registration certificate issued by tax authority, Valid tax clearance certificate issued by tax authority, Tin number registration certificate, Supplier list registration certificate registered in web site of FDRE Procurement Agency The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise which is located on new building at 3rd floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 250.00 (Two Hundred fifty Birr) during office hours. . Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount not less than 2% of the total price but not greater than birr 500,000, in the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with technical Proposal in the form of bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 73 days after bid opening Bidders shall submit financial and technical offer in separate envelopes. Bid document shall be submitted in the tender box of the above address at 10th floor on or before January 21/2022 at 2:00 pm and it shall be opened at 2:30 pm (after noon) in the presence of bidders or their representatives Late bid shall not be accepted and return unopened.
