- Overall objectivesThe overall objective of the MPTF project is to ensure that returned migrants in Addis Ababa city administration are provided with financial and non-financial services to promote sustainable livelihoods and reduce their vulnerability.The specific objectives of this assignment will be to: Open bank accounts for 123 clients, all of which being returned migrants. Provide cash transfer to 123 clients, all of which being returned migrants Establish a revolving loanable fund amounting to USD260,000 and expand access to credit for clients, i.e. returned migrants in Addis Ababa ;Specific ObjectivesThese terms of reference are developed to select financial services providers (FSPs) to: Support 123 returned migrants to open a bank account. Provide a cash transfer of USD150 for each of the 123 returned migrants through their bank accounts.
