- Request for proposals are invited for Train, Coach, Mentor Private and Public Business Development Service Providers in Somali, Oromia, and Afar Region and Create a Network of Business Development Service Providers in and across the Three Regions The ideal consulting firm should submit a technical and financial proposal and also need to have the following experience and skills: Minimum of Four years of providing consulting service in the areas of bankable and applicable business plan preparation, conducting a feasibility study, developing marketing strategy, identification of potential business opportunities, training entrepreneurs and sales force, and training of business development service providers ; Experience in Training, coaching, and mentoring business development service providers and private sector staff; Demonstrated organizational/individual capacity to manage the assignment effectively; Prior experience, exposure, and/or network of implementation in the regions; English fluency required; Knowledge of local language is plus Copies of renewed business licenses and tax registration certificates should be attached; Bidders should collect the Tender package from Mercy corps Addis Ababa office, Yeka Sub-City, Kebele 08, House No. 377; Hayahulet, Afro Building, Tel.
