- Prequalifications are invited for Undertake Design Review, Supervision and Contract Administration of Nbe Branch Office Building Design-Build Project A complete set of bid documents prepared in English shall be purchased by bidders /consultants/ upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr (ETB) 1,000.00 (One Thousand Birr only) or United States Dollar (USD) $100.00 (One Hundred United States Dollar). The method of payment will be in a Bank transfers through the Bank-s SWIFT address NBETETAA for Applicants from abroad Or by depositing to the account No. 7002010800001 at Payment and Settlement Systems Directorate found in NBE Building One, during office hours (Monday to Friday) 8:00-12:00 p.m. And 1:00-5:00 PM). Applicants shall also bring a letter of application with full electronic and physical address. The applicant shall send its document in hard copy in person and/or airmail to the Employers Address. The Employer has no liability for loss or late delivery. The delivery procedure is usually air mail for overseas delivery and surface mail or courier for local delivery. If urgency or security dictates, courier services may be required for overseas delivery. With prior notification and the subsequent agreement of the Employer, documents may be delivered by e-mail, downloading from the Employer-s official web site(s). The bid document (in Read Only form) may be posted on the Employer-s web page for inspection by prospective Applicants. The bid Documents along with one (1) original set, in hard and softcopy with removable device (in pdf and word format) and one (1) copy set of technical proposal Documents, having been signed on each page by authorized personnel, should be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered to the address below on or before 5th May 2022 until 10:00 Am in the morning. The Applications will be opened on 5th May 2022 at 10:30 Am in the morning at the Office of National Bank of Ethiopia. In case, the last date for purchasing or submission falls on a company holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
