- The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and isseeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified companies with the required expertise and experienceto provide service in reference to a project that aims to address the UNECA Sub-Reginal-Office- Central Africa (SRO-CA) infrastructure requirements as well as the functional spaces of the office facility building to ensure optimal delivery of effective mission of the sub-regional office of UNECA at Yaoundé, Cameroon. The firm is expected to provide upgrading of the overall office space at SRO-CA with major renovation works on the existing building refered as (Block-A)' and demolishing the old building which is currently serving as a library, storage area and IT requirements and on its space build a brand new office facility that blends with the (Block-A) which is to be renovated refered as (Block-B).
