- Expression of Interest are invited for Upgrading Service, System Development Capacity Building Training, And Voice Talent IVR Content Recording Services ATI is looking for an interested firm that can provide service "Upgrading service, system development capacity building training, and voice talent IVR content recording services." 1. General Objective The general objective of this service is to provide the system upgrading, and system development capacity development training services as well as support the 8028 Farmers Hotline in recording, translating, editing, and uploading agronomic content and other messages in 7 local languages. Specific Objectives Provide the development, upgrading, and integration of new features to the 8028 FHL IVR/SMS system. Provide IVR System A/B Test Development and Implementation Provide IVR content translation, recording, editing, and uploading (to the hotline) services using seven local languages. 2. Scope of Work The ATI would like to hire a service provider that specializes in systems development. This service provider is expected to develop and upgrade ATI's existing IVR/SMS system and undertake A/B test and administration support (upon demand).
