- The mainobjective of the assignment is to identify viable and climate-resilient IGAs,for women benefiting from the urban and rural PSNP programs in Ethiopia. Particularattention will be paid to promising sectors or activities where the rural andurban PSNP programs can encourage and guide women to establish profitable andsustainable IGAs appropriate for their profile.The study will identifyopportunities and barriers for women-s participation along the value chains andwill recommend the adaptations to be made to ensure income generatingactivities are climate resilient.
