In case of represented by the local agent, the agent shall furnish letter of representation from the principal and valid renewed Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT Registration certificate, Current Tax Clearance, and other evidence which demonstrate the organization is approved to operate such business, A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased during office hours from the address mentioned below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Birr Two Hundred) in cash. Sealed bid marked as described in the bidding document and addressed to the above address must be received by the enterprise before 2:00 PM afternoon November 19, 2021. The document will be received through a bid box or hand-delivered. No liability will be accepted by the buyer for loss or late delivery, Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the date and address specified above at 2:30 pm afternoon in the procurement section. Bidders shall submit the original bid security amount of birr that is explained in the bid document in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee from the recognized Bank (Insurance Bond shall not be accepted) by Walabu Construction Sh.Co (WCSC) which is valid for 120 days.
