- Tenders are invited for Vehicle Maintenance & Servicing Bid. Bids opening date: No specific Opining Date & Time Orbis International Ethiopia (OIE) invites all interested and eligible grade "A" & "B" level of garages to bid for vehicle maintenance & servicing bid. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 5000.00 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee which is unconditional and payable upon OIE's first demand.
