- Tenders are invited for Vehicles Rental Services in Ethiopia Bid closing date: 10 consecutive days Bid opening date: The bids will be officially opened on the next day after the deadline at 10:00 AM Region: Addis Ababa\ Administrative: Firm/business/organization profile, summary of field work experience with copies of recommendation of experience, available capacity fleet, list of staffing with copy of CV etc. Name of the company and contact person Full address of the company Renewed business license for 2014 Eth. calendar TIN registration certificate Please Note that suppliers who doesn't fulfill these requirements will be subjected to disqualification even after a successful selection process leading to signing of contract Types/Makes/Model of vehicles: 2x Toyota Land Cruiser 4x4, HZJ-78, Hardtop-13-seater Year Made 2005 and above Toyota brand General Terms of contract: All cars should have title certificate with code 3-plate and valid insurance certificate All cars should have valid annual technical inspection and all drivers MUST have valid driving license The year of production and models/makes of the rental vehicle MUST be specified on the quote Selection Criteria The criteria for awarding contracts resulting from this tender are based on technical and financial proposal evaluation. Technical evaluation (certification and legal documents, field experience, organizational/business capacity, staffing) will be out of 50 % and financial evaluation will be out of 50%. Generally, the tender result will be out of 100%. Note that the vehicle and driver, proper licensing, maintenance, and insurance coverage of the cars are the owner's responsibility.
