- Tenders are invited for Wastewater and Water Systems Works for Dessie Comprehensive Tertiary Hospital at Amhara Region Dessie. Expertise France received support from the Europian Union and French Government for the Rehabilitation of the Dessie Hospital and is therefore inviting eligible bidders with renewed Construction licenses of category GC/BC/WWC, Grade 5 and above with a license valid for the year 2023 and who can present registration certificate for construction work service for the concerned organization. An interested bidder can apply online at www.marches-publics.gouv.fr website from the day that the advertisement appears in the French website site and 2merkato's website The eligible bidders are expected to go through the bid document and apply online for their technical and financial proposals until 08/09/2023. Candidates must submit a complete bid file. The validity of bids submitted shall be at least 120 days from the submission deadline.
