- Tenders are invited for Watch Tower, Landscape, Greenery, and Flag Pole Work for Dire Dawa Port and Terminal Branch Office The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise's new building 3rd floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr) during office hours and obtain the bid document from the 10th floor starting from the date of this announcement on newspaper. The bid shall be valid for 60 days after the bid opening. Bid document shall be accompanied by a bid bond amount of not less than 2% of the total bid price in the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with a technical Proposal in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 88 days after bid opening. Bidders shall submit a financial and technical offer in two envelopes. Bid document shall be submitted in the tender box of the ESLSE Multipurpose building 10th floor on or before April 12, 2023, at 2:00 pm and it shall be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm (afternoon) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
