Tenders are invited for Wayfinding Software (with Development and Implementation of the Solution): qty 2 Bids opening date: 4:30 a.m.(local time in the Morning) on 26, November 2021 Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 30,000 Birr (Thirty Thousand Birr) A bidder shall be required to supply the sample of their respective offer, as a condition of the contract award. A bidder shall be required to supply renewed Business Licenses - Registration Papers, Tax Payment Certification, and also some other authenticated documents stated in the bid document as a requirement of MOR. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders at the address below up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 in cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 4:00 a.m.(local time in the Morning) on 26, November 2021, and will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the Ministry's Meeting hall Building Block B/ 3rd Floor, Office N. 301 at 4:30 a.m.(local time in the Morning) on 26, November 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 30,000.00(Thirty thousand) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late bids shall be rejected. The Authority reserves the right to reject in part or all bids.
