- Tenders are invited for Website Development Consultancy Service Task Specification Ethiopian Cities Association (ECA) wishes to upgrade its IT and network infrastructure. Thus, ECA invites qualified firms to submit proposal, both technical and financial, for the service required based on the following details but not limited to: Propose medium size local server specifications and software requirements, Configure a new local server to enable the Organization use it as a data server, Propose registered antivirus for users, server and domain users. Provide and configure one manageable Switch and Access points to upgrade and expand the network DHCP configuration on CISCO router, DNS configuration, Active directory Configuration on the server. Configure web monitoring software-s on the server. Building and hosting a new CMS website. Training/ briefing for staffs. Provide one year support of the new IT infrastructure and Website system. ToR documents can be obtained in our office during office working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred birr) Therefore, Companies who fulfilled the above specified criteria are kindly requested to submit your Company Profile that contains required information and able to justify their current status on/before fifteen working days after the newspaper announcement at 4:00 pm of the fifteenth working day. Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 4:30 pm on the same date (Closing 4:00 pm and opening 4:30pm). Separate Technical and Financial proposals are expected. Late bids will be rejected. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at time prior to contract award without incurring and liability to bidders.
