- Tenders are invited for Workplace Health and Safety Monitoring for the Brewery Site Where around 300 Employees are Working in Different Work Processes. Location: Debre Birhan which is 130 KM from Addis Ababa and at the head office in Addis Abeba Specific Roles and Responsibilities Measure workplace parameters like noise, work room temperature and relative humidity, illumination (Factory in Debre Birhan and Head Office in Addis), whole body vibration (WBV), hand-arm vibration (HAV), dust (particulate matter), CO emission, radiation, etc. in day shift and night shift with calibrated instruments (Calibration certificate is required for working instruments) Assess Occupational exposure limits for hazardous chemicals, smoke, and dust, and recommend preventative measures to prevent and reduce exposure. Compare the Habesha Operational area-s welfare facilities (showers, first aid facilities, urinals, toilets, change rooms, etc. ) with the national requirements Compare Habesha workplace findings with Ethiopian and international standards. Provide recommendations on how to make Habesha Breweries comply with the requirements of Ethiopian limits and international standards. Train selected Habesha employees on how to measure the parameters by the instruments. Provide compiled report in hard copy and soft copy to be used and referred for future.
